Refund Policy

Last Updated: 06.11.2025

Our policy is designed to be clear and fair for all parties. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

1. 14-Day Refund Window

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once a refund is processed, access to the product/license will be revoked. We may decline refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or excessive refund history consistent with Paddle’s buyer terms.

2. After 14 Days: Technical Defects Only

Outside the 14-day window, refunds are only considered for a verifiable and unresolvable technical defect in the digital product that our support team cannot fix within a reasonable timeframe.

A “technical defect” refers to a corrupted file or an error in the product’s code that prevents it from functioning as described. It does not include issues related to your personal hardware or software environment (e.g., printer/ink/settings, incompatible software, or device limitations).

3. Situations Not Eligible for a Refund (after 14 days or without a technical defect)

  • You changed your mind after purchasing.
  • The product did not meet your subjective expectations.
  • You purchased the product by mistake.
  • You do not have the appropriate software or hardware (e.g., a functional printer) to use the product.
  • You encountered printing issues related to your personal printer, ink, or settings.
  • You did not use the product.

4. How to Request a Refund or Support

If you want a refund or believe you’ve found a technical defect, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Either email [email protected] or contact Paddle Buyer Support with your order number, the email used at checkout, a brief description of the request or issue, and relevant screenshots if applicable.
  2. Allow Us to Help: Please allow our team a reasonable opportunity to investigate the issue and provide a solution where relevant.

If your order was processed by Paddle (our merchant of record), your refund will be issued by Paddle. Approved refunds typically appear within the timeline in Section 6.

5. EU/UK Consumer Information

Under applicable consumer law, distance purchases generally include a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content, that statutory right may be waived if you consent to immediate access. Regardless of any statutory waiver for digital content, Craftycards voluntarily provides the 14-day refund window described in Section 1 for all Paddle-processed purchases.

6. Billing Descriptor and Refund Timelines

Card/bank statements typically show charges as PADDLE* CRAFTYCARD (descriptor may vary by region/currency). If a refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method. Refund appearance times vary by bank, but are usually visible within 3–10 business days.
